A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with more than two decades of experience, Paul has shaped the commercial success of major projects across energy, utilities, water, rail, and local authority infrastructure. He brings proven expertise in procurement, cost planning, risk management, contract administration, and commercial leadership, with hands on experience delivering projects under NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts.
From feasibility and tendering through to delivery and final account agreement, Paul has led commercial teams, managed high value portfolios, and driven strong financial outcomes for clients including Centrica, SSE, National Grid, Thames Water, and multiple local authorities.
As part of Adeo’s PAYE-employed commercial workforce, Paul is fully IR35 compliant and available for rapid, low friction deployment through our managed service model.
