He brings proven expertise in procurement, cost planning, risk management, contract administration, and commercial leadership, with hands on experience delivering projects under NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts.
From feasibility and tendering through to delivery and final account agreement, Paul has led commercial teams, managed high value portfolios, and driven strong financial outcomes for clients including Centrica, SSE, National Grid, Thames Water, and multiple local authorities.
