Adeo Celebrates National Apprenticeship Week

To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, Adeo is proud to recognise the contribution of its apprentices, Leo and Isaac, who are building strong foundations for their careers within the civils infrastructure sector.
From day one, both Leo and Isaac have been fully supported by the Adeo team. Working across a wide range of civils and infrastructure projects, they have gained exposure to diverse and technically challenging areas of the industry, from dispute resolution and highways schemes to more specialist projects such as high-security fencing. This breadth of experience has enabled them to get involved in meaningful, real-world project work from an early stage.
Adeo’s strength lies in its people. With a team rich in experience, knowledge and varied professional backgrounds, Leo and Isaac benefit from a collaborative environment where mentorship is embedded in day-to-day practice. This has allowed them to develop a strong grounding in the core principles of quantity surveying, including working with a range of contract forms such as JCT and NEC, while gradually taking greater ownership of their responsibilities.
For Leo and Isaac, their apprenticeships represent far more than just a role, they are the launchpad for careers they are genuinely excited about. National Apprenticeship Week provides the perfect opportunity to acknowledge their hard work, commitment and the value that apprentices bring to the future of the industry.
At Adeo, investing in emerging talent isn’t just important, it’s essential to shaping the next generation of cost consultancy professionals in infrastructure.
