Once we’ve conducted our initial overview of your Claim

further renumeration for our work can be made by: –

Continuing to charge on a Time Related Basis.
Providing a Lump Sum Figure.
On a ‘No Win No Fee’ basis further costs for our services will be paid via an agreed percentage of the Settlement Figure.
On a ‘Contingent Basis’ where we take some of the risk.
Various combinations of the above.
