Our consultants support clients to commercially manage their projects more effectively which includes mitigating risk, overcoming problems and identifying opportunities to add value.

The Opportunity

Adeo is looking for people with construction consultancy expertise to join its senior management team. As part of the overarching succession plan, the managing director and owner of Adeo is seeking enquiries from interested parties. Adeo wishes to diversify and strengthen and is willing to consider people with core skills a knowledge of Commercial and Planning Support. This would suit candidates currently working in senior roles or think they should be. People with good client peer understanding and have entrepreneurial skill or a desire to be part of a team of like-minded and ambitious people.

The successful candidate/s will have a passion for meeting expectations, meeting client needs and be able to show and demonstrate the skills that are necessary to manage a successful enterprise.

An opportunity will exist to become part of the senior management team and be integral in the successful succession management plan currently being implemented by the founder and will be able to see how beneficial this will be.
