Back in 1990, Ian saw that many of the industry's top construction companies suffered from a poor supply of temporary commercial staffing. This was mainly down to the fact that the agencies supplying those staff often did not have much, if any idea of what the client really needed. Some even seemed not particularly bothered. In many cases it was placing a square peg in a round hole.
Ian saw the opportunity to supply a consultancy based service where the client provided a face to face briefing and Adeo used their in-depth industry knowledge to supply bespoke staffing to satisfy the clients' objectives. In this way, a better understanding of the clients' requirements was achieved and in so doing, a professional quality resource was supplied with the objective of exceeding the clients' expectation. In addition to this, Adeo offered something different; a professional and proficient fully managed service. This supported the development of a relationship of mutual trust being formed and in so doing, Adeo was able to expand its client base by word of mouth and repeat business.
